Background

Biomacromolecules that are theoretically untargetable by small molecules and macromolecules are named “undruggable” (meaning that they cannot be discovered by conventional drug discovery platform technologies).
Taking proteins as an example, it was proposed that 75~85% of all proteins are undruggable proteins. Typical examples of andragalable biomacromolecules are various causative molecules of cancer, but they are also found in the cause of many other diseases.
